Purchase Conditions and Right of Withdrawal

Purchases made on our website fall under the distance selling regulations pursuant to Legislative Decree 206/2005 (Consumer Code).

The consumer has the right to withdraw from the contract, without having to provide any reason and without penalty, within 14 calendar days from the day they receive the purchased goods, except for the exclusions listed below.

How to exercise the right

To exercise the right of withdrawal, the customer must send an explicit communication (via registered mail, certified email, fax, or email) within the deadline indicated above to the following addresses:

The communication must include:

• the order and purchaser information
• the product codes to be returned
• the requested refund method (bank transfer or PayPal)

Within 14 days of sending the notice of withdrawal, the customer must return the products, at their own expense, to the same address.

Return Conditions

• Goods must be returned intact, unused, complete in all their parts, and in their original packaging.
• Returns of damaged, used, altered, or missing products will not be accepted.
• The customer is responsible for any diminished value of the goods resulting from handling other than what is necessary to establish their nature, characteristics, and functioning.

Refund

For standard products, AS Design will refund the customer the price of the returned products and, if applicable, the standard shipping costs.

The refund will be made only after the returned goods have been received and verified.

Any additional costs resulting from choosing a delivery method other than the cheapest standard shipping method will not be refunded. Return costs are the responsibility of the customer.

Refunds will be made using the same payment method used for the purchase, unless otherwise expressly agreed.

Exclusions

The right of withdrawal does not apply to the following:

• custom-made or clearly personalized goods, such as seats made specifically for motorcycle models (Triumph, BMW, Ducati, etc.) or designed based on the customer's aesthetic/technical specifications
• goods that are liable to deteriorate or expire rapidly
• sealed products that are not suitable for return due to hygiene or health protection reasons and that have been opened after delivery
• sealed audio/video recordings or computer software opened by the customer
• newspapers, periodicals, and magazines

Customized products are therefore neither returnable nor refundable, except for lack of conformity.
