SADDLE TRANSFORMATION FOR HARLEY DAVIDSON FAT BOY

SADDLE TRANSFORMATION FOR HARLEY DAVIDSON FAT BOY
The customer who contacted us has a Harley Davidson Fat Boy in a special CVO colour, i.e. in yellow and blue colour,
and found himself in an uncomfortable saddle for two people.
We therefore accepted your request for a comfortable saddle for traveling in two, and accepted this challenge.
In the picture an example of Harley Davidson Fat Boy in CVO coloring.
We received his original saddle from the customer: a Bad Lander and we evaluated and studied what to do.
So we proceeded to widen the passenger seat by many centimeters (about ten), we slightly widened the rider's seat,
to proportion it to the rear width, and we thickened it.
Once we modified the padding, and after giving it the roundness and curves we wanted to give it, we modified the saddle,
in such a way as to make the journey as comfortable as possible.
To make the journey truly a unique experience, we decided that in addition to widening and thickening, gel
should also be added to the entire seat, inside the padding itself.
Once this was done, we then finished it all off and made a "colored" lining but without giving too much color.
The intent was to resume the color of the bike, therefore yellow and blue, but without going too far to exaggerate.
.
We therefore opted for a yellow logo, while blue was chosen for the perimeter stitching.
On the contrary, for the stitching of the quilts,
it was thought to create them tone on tone with black thread.
This is the final result. An elegant saddle, refined and in any case in line and in pandan with the rest of the bike.
