ROYAL ENFIELD INCEPTOR SADDLE TRANSFORMATION

In the photo the original seat of the Royal Enfield Interceptor

The customer needed a softer and wider saddle.

He entrusted us to modify it, in the hope of having a more comfortable seat.

This is what we found once we unsheathed the seat

The gel plate was fixed to the padding with simple duct tape

The padding had been hollowed out to place the gel on it

We intervened by going to fill that void with our padding

and going to widen the seat laterally by a couple of centimetres.

In the photo below, the side addition can easily be seen

Once this was done, we inserted our gel plate inside the padding, with technical characteristics
clearly superior to the previous one, and visible to the naked eye.

The quality of all the raw materials and semi-finished products we use is very important to us.
In fact, before choosing the right product for us, we do careful research and a scrupulous selection of what the market offers. We are of the opinion that even if the raw materials and the processes used to make a saddle are hidden
inside the lining, the quality always emerges in any case

Once we had covered everything with a finishing sponge, we proceeded to create the customized lining.
