BMW GS 1200 TRANSFORMATION

For the BMW GS 1200, we studied and completely redesigned the riding ergonomics, based on Baker's needs and riding discomfort, and his personal tastes.

We glued the padding to the base of the passenger seat and then thickened both seats by 3 cm.

We then shaped the curves to give the seats a harmonious look.

The video clearly shows the brake triangle, designed to prevent the passenger from slipping.

After a long and painstaking finishing process, and after applying a density relief and a prostatic relief to the padding, we inserted gel sheets to further improve comfort.

To complete the padding, a thin layer of finishing foam was applied.

We then created the custom lining, designed based on the customer's requests and tastes.

Before sewing, we created the paper patterns and tested the individual scraps directly on the saddle. A labor of patience and pinpoint precision, to take care of every single detail.

Only after that, we matched and sewed each scrap of fabric together.

Once the lining was ready, we completed the work by lining it and attaching it to the base with stainless steel staples.

The final result is not just a saddle, but a unique piece of high-quality craftsmanship, which radically transforms the travel experience.
