T-MAX SADDLE TRANSFORMATION
The customer turned to us because, having sold his old T-Max to buy a newer one,
he had found himself with an uncomfortable saddle because it was short in the seat and quite hard compared to the previous version.
Finding no solution, he had even thought of selling it to himself,
thinking that being very tall, it was not suitable for him.
We therefore thought of eliminating the backrest which, by shortening the seat, created discomfort.
We then filled the void created by giving him a shoulder to support his back.
As for the height problem, we have
thickened the seat by 3 cm, to make it further lengthen the legs.
Instead, to overcome the problem of the hardness of the seat, we have created the gel insert.
Having undergone operations,
this step was more than fundamental for him.
Once we had modeled and given the desired shape to the saddle,
we covered everything with the thin layer of finishing sponge.
This is the result. A decidedly different and decidedly more comfortable saddle. Especially suited to the needs of our customer.
In fact, it is essential for us to listen to the problems and requests of our customers, in order to be able to follow them and
advise them in the best possible way in every single choice.
With regard to the lining, here too we were given great confidence regarding the design.
So we decided to focus
on the double tone of black on black.
The color of the stitching instead, and the writing with the logo was decided by the customer.
Electric blue to recall the colors of the scooter.
Satisfied customer with work, he goes home with a quality saddle, a unique looking saddle and definitely a comfortable saddle.
Problem solved and customer satisfied.
