Saddle for Harley Davidson Road Glide

Bagger is a term from the States to define a motorcycle equipped with comfortable luggage bags. The term "bagger" is also used to describe those bikers, wealthy adults, tired of carrying luggage in an elastic spider fixed to the rack or saddle.

Harley Davidson has in its catalog the spectacular and very expensive CVO Street Glide and CVO Road Glide Custom.

However, the trend of equipping one's motorcycle with comfortable bags is in fact spreading not only among the big custom bikes but also among genres and models that certainly cannot be defined as pure baggers.

Arrived in our laboratory, the saddle looked like this.

The lining was worn and weathered. It needed a total restyling.

The padding was not very comfortable and the customer wanted a new saddle with a different shape.

Listening to the requests and indications of the customer, we agreed together on the final shape that the saddle should have had. At this point we realized that a new base needed to be created. We then proceeded to build the fiberglass shell and then the new padding.

For his saddle, the customer chose a customized black lining with both seats, rider and passenger, with diamond patterns and gray stitching.

And here is the saddle mounted on the motorcycle. Elegant, refined and above all comfortable for travelling, in pure bagger "spirit".
